Holy Tempeh is a mission driven company intended to offer healthier meat alternatives in the kitchen. We believe that it is possible to eat delicious, sustainable and healthy food every day. We also believe is possible to live on a higher frequency through eating foods that serve us rather than eating those that give us instant gratification. Thats is why we've chosen to produce tempeh, one of the worlds highest and richest sources of clean plant based protien. Not only is it satisfying to the palette, tempeh is a fermented food infusing it with probiotics good for our gut health. The fermentation also breaks down the legume, making it far easier to digest and absorb its nutrients, in comparison to tofu and seitan whom both go through more processing.
